The amorphous alloy core shear line is mainly used for the automatic cutting and automatic stacking of the amorphous alloy core and is applicable to the processing requirements of similar process at the same time.

Product Features

The cutting line is composed of 3 single - head decoiling machines, guide trough, main frame, guide patron, feeding equipment, shears, automated material management units, electronic control system and pneumatic system and so on.

It functionally meets the shearing requirements of the amorphous alloy core on the molded core and can realize the setting of and adjustment to a series of parameters including the splice series, overlapping mode and air - gap spacing and so on. The parameter required to be input in the field operation have been optimized and it is easy to use.

The cutting line adopts the large - capacity PLC control, servo execution system, colorful touch screen human - machine interface and high - precision mechanical transmission mechanism so as to ensure the high automation, high productivity and high reliability of this machine.
